HILL CITY DOLPHINS is a competitive swim team that was established in 1972 and is located in Lynchburg, VA. The Dolphins are proud member of the Lynchburg Aquatic League (LAL) competitive swim league and call Hill City Swim and Tennis Club Home. During these last 50 years, Hill City is still considered home to thousands of swimmers who have had amazing accomplishments both in and outside of the pool. Our program is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment that allows our swimmers to pursue their goals and fully develop their competitive swimming potential. Being a Dolphin carries a sense of pride, accomplishment and competition so that each swimmer can experience the rewarding aspects of the sport, while teaching life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship. 

Dolphin swimmers have the ability to start at very early age of 5 years old and continue this passion all the way thru 18 years old.
